Job Title: National Regional Promotion and Communication Coordinator

Work Location: Zambia (remote work is possible)

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic National Regional Promotion and Communication Coordinator to join our team and be responsible for the promotion of automobile sales in Zambia. This position will focus on promoting the company’s automobile products, increasing brand awareness through multiple channels, and ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

Main Responsibilities:

Planning and Execution of Promotional Activities:

Develop and execute nationwide automobile sales promotion plans based on company strategy.

Use social media, online advertising, offline activities and other methods to promote the brand.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies in time to achieve the best results.

Communication and Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams (such as marketing, design, sales, etc.) to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of promotional activities.

Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with external partners (such as advertisers, media companies, event planning companies, etc.).

Handle customer or user feedback and complaints, and provide timely answers and support.

Content management:

Ensure that the content of all promotional materials complies with relevant laws and regulations of Zambia and company standards.
Create and review promotional copy and advertising content to ensure its accuracy and attractiveness.

Job requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, marketing, communication, advertising and other related majors are preferred.
More than 3 years of marketing or promotion work experience, those with automotive industry experience are preferred.
Familiar with social media operations and online and offline advertising, those with successful cases are preferred.
Have data analysis skills and be able to adjust promotional strategies based on data.
