Job Description

The National Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing our company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity, while ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes, including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
2. Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
3. Evaluate and report on KPIs, and suggest improvements based on findings
4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps.
5. Ensure supply chain processes meet legal/tax related requirements and standards

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager, or a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and strategies.
