Job Description:
Elite Zambia is seeking a skilled Network Technician to manage and maintain our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure network performance, troubleshoot issues, and support network installations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform regular network maintenance and updates.
• Provide technical support for network-related issues.
• Ensure network security and data protection.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in networking (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) preferred.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills:

• Network installation and configuration.
• Troubleshooting network issues.
• Network security practices.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in network support or a related role.
