192. Network Technician

Job Description: Savanna Synergy is looking for a Network Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network systems. The Network Technician will ensure that network infrastructure operates efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance and resolve issues related to connectivity and performance.
• Perform routine network maintenance and upgrades.
• Provide technical support to users and document network configurations.
• Ensure network security and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills in network installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in network management tools and software.
• Understanding of network protocols and security measures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in network support or a related role.
