Job Vacancy: NGO Program Manager

Job Description:

Apex is seeking an experienced and strategic NGO Program Manager to oversee and manage our non-governmental organization (NGO) programs. The Program Manager will ensure effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage NGO programs and initiatives.
• Ensure programs align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance and impact.
• Prepare and manage program budgets and financial reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, and communities.
• Prepare grant proposals and secure funding for programs.
• Provide leadership and supervision to program staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an NGO Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of program management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Skills:

• Proficiency in program management software and tools.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in NGO program management.
