Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audits of hotel accounts to ensure all transactions are accurate and balanced.
• Process check-ins and check-outs for guests during the overnight shift.
• Ensure that all guest charges, payments, and adjustments are properly recorded in the property management system.
• Reconcile daily revenue and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Handle any overnight guest needs, including room assignments, reservations, and general assistance.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property during the overnight shift.
• Monitor and maintain hotel property, including keeping the front desk area neat and organized.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, if necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel operations or as a night auditor is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
