Key Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audits of hotel accounts to ensure all transactions are accurate and balanced.

Process check-ins and check-outs for guests during the overnight shift.

Ensure that all guest charges, payments, and adjustments are properly recorded in the property management system.

Reconcile daily revenue and prepare detailed reports for management.

Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Handle any overnight guest needs, including room assignments, reservations, and general assistance.

Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property during the overnight shift.

Monitor and maintain hotel property, including keeping the front desk area neat and organized.

Assist with light housekeeping duties, if necessary.
Requirements:

Previous experience in hotel operations or as a night auditor is preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.

Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
