Job Description:
Mapalo Holdings is seeking a Non-Profit Manager to oversee the operations and administration of our non-profit organization. The Non-Profit Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, fundraising, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans and goals for the organization.
• Oversee daily operations and manage staff.
• Coordinate fundraising activities and grant applications.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare financial reports and manage budgets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in non-profit management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficient in non-profit management software and financial reporting.
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in non-profit management or a senior management role.
