   M31 Research is seeking experienced Nutrition Field Supervisors to support the implementation of upcoming nutrition-focused evaluations and surveys. The role involves overseeing field teams conducting household surveys and anthropometric assessments in both rural and urban settings.
  
  
   
    Duration:
   
   Approximately 20–25 days
  
  
   
    Key Responsibilities:
   
  
  
   - 
    Supervise enumerator teams during household data collection and anthropometric measurements.
   
 
   - 
    Ensure accurate recording of height, weight, and MUAC using standardised procedures (e.g., SMART methodology).
   
 
   - 
    Enforce data quality protocols, ethical standards, and adherence to field procedures.
   
 
   - 
    Conduct spot checks and troubleshoot field-related challenges in coordination with the Field Manager.
   
 
   - 
    Liaise with local stakeholders and community leaders during fieldwork.
   
 
   - 
    Compile and submit daily field reports and participate in post-fieldwork debriefs
   
 
  
  
   
    Minimum Requirements:
   
  
  
   - 
    Degree or diploma in Public Health, Human Nutrition, Nursing, or a related field.
   
 
   - 
    Minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising data collection for nutrition or health surveys.
   
 
   - 
    Proficiency in anthropometric measurement techniques.
   
 
   - 
    Prior experience working on nutrition surveys, including remote and rural areas.
   
 
   - 
    Strong organisational and team management skills.
   
 
   - 
    Proficiency in English and at least one local language.
   
 
   - 
    Willingness to travel extensively and stay in field locations for the duration of data collection
