Benac Enterprises Limited is a private company that was incorporated and registered in 2013 as a franchisee for famous brand.

Day to day Responsibilities include:

• Undertake the Cleaning of offices, floors, toilets, furniture, kitchen utensils and applies disinfectants.
• Undertake accurately, photocopying, printing scanning, shredding and other documents.
• Undertake effectively, the preparation of meeting venues in order to facilitate the conduct of meetings.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Coordinate office supplies and inventory
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Support departments with administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and goods.
• Operate equipment under supervision after proper training.
• Assist in organizing inventory and maintaining stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements a) Full School Certificate or equivalent
