Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced applicants to fill the following positions.
OFFICE ASSISTANTS (2) – JC9
Reporting to the Human Resource Management and Administrative Officer, the Office Assistants will be required to undertake the following highlighted duties and responsibilities.
Regular cleaning of offices in order to make them habitable.
Effectively clean the eating and drinking utensils in order to make them hygienic for use.
Effectively clean the toilets and common areas in order to maintain a conducive work environment.
Undertake prompt official errands in order to ensure smooth operations.
Attend to other required duties as can be assigned from time to time.
Grade 12 Certificate or its Equivalent.
Basic Computer Literacy.
Trustworthy.
Honest.

Interpersonal
