About Azure Financial Services

Azure Financial Services is a growing financial solutions provider offering tailored credit, investment, and advisory services to individuals and small businesses. As we expand our presence with a new office in Woodlands, we’re looking for a dedicated and highly organized Office Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations.

Role Overview

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our branch office, managing office resources, supporting client services, and ensuring a productive, professional environment for both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

–  Oversee front-desk activities and ensure professional client reception
–  Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock at all times
–  Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and office communications
–   Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping or petty cash reconciliation
–  Ensure the office complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards
–  Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating internal HR documentation
–  Act as a liaison with vendors, service providers, and building management
– Support customer service operations and escalate client concerns as needed
– Prepare operational reports and updates for senior management

Qualifications & Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field

Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration, preferably in a financial or professional services environment

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Discreet, trustworthy and able to manage confidential information
Experience with basic financial or accounting tasks is a plus
