DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

Ensuring that the working place is clean at all times
-
Coordinate and ensure that food is prepared.

Track, record, and maintain inventory stock including foods, beverages, and kitchen supplies.

Work efficiently and resolve any problems that arise in the Kitchen.
-
Ensure that food safety is best practice.
-
Ensuring that the Kitchen is kept clean and no dirty items are left in the Kitchen before close of business day.
-
Assist with preparation of work areas and documents/folders for meetings.

Tidying of the office space
-
Dusting of furniture and equipment
-
Ensuring that lunch is collected on time from the canteen
-
Ensuring that the company procedures and laid down rules are followed.
-
Ensuring that customers are properly welcomed
-
Keeping a sanitized & orderly environment in the office.
-
Assisting / help in basic gardening activities from time to time.
-
Assisting with photocopy, filling of documents, communications, and giving support in supplies and basic office services.
-
Delivering messages and items, such as documents, and packages, between departments and to other establishments.
-
Organizing the office and assisting associates in ways that optimize procedures.
-
Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Assisting in the sales flow
-
Ensuring that monthly reports are submitted on the 5th of every month
-
Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-
Full Grade 12 Certificate
-
Able to speak English and also read and write
-
Must have a Minimum of 1 years’ working experience
