E-Solar Tech Limited is a leading provider of innovative and sustainable energy solutions. We specialize in home solar systems, solar water pumps, and CCTV installations. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Office sales person to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Actively engage with customers to understand their energy needs and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Provide accurate information and technical advice on our products, including home solar systems, solar water pumps, and CCTV systems.
Generate leads, conduct market research, and identify potential clients through various channels.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and advancements in solar technology.
Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.

Requirements:

Must be a resident of Chingola.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
Strong knowledge of home solar systems, solar water pumps, and CCTV systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Craft certificate in a related field will be an added advantage.

Remuneration:

The salary for this position is K1500 per month, with the potential to earn additional income through sales commissions.
