The core functions for the Client Relationship Officer includes growing, developing, managing and maintaining a high-quality savings and loan portfolio.

ESSENTIALS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for front office operations and ensure due diligence in operational procedures, thereby reducing exceptions in routine branch audit/Risk inspections and examinations.
Enhance customer data confidentiality through centralized coordination of client files, edit rights and modifications.
To ensure effective turnaround, quality of transaction documentation, and control.
Identify operational improvement opportunities at the branch through interactions and feedback with other stakeholders as well as customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Grade Twelve Certificate.
Diploma in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics or any other Business-Related Diploma from a reputable institution.
Experience in Sales and Marketing. or should have worked in a client –facing role.
