The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our security operations, ensuring the safety and security of our organization, employees, and assets.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all security operations and personnel.

Manage security budgets and resources.

Collaborate with internal departments, such as human resources and IT, to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.

develop and implement effective security strategies and protocols to protect the company against threats, theft, vandalism and other security risks.

Assessing potential risks and vulnerabilities, investigating security breaches and reinforcing appropriate measures to mitigate them.

Maintaining and updating emergency response plans, ensuring all employees know their roles and responsibilities.

Collaborating with external stakeholders, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to enhance security measures and respond to incidents.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.

Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment and other security technologies to ensure proper functioning and effectiveness.

Monitor and analyse security systems and technologies.

Prepare and present security reports to senior management.
