Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily operations across departments.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics and KPIs.
• Lead and motivate a team of operational staff.
• Address and resolve operational issues and challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in operations management software and MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
