Job Summary:
Mulungushi Innovations is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing resources, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy:
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and quality.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.

Resource Management:
Manage resources effectively, including staffing, budgets, and inventory. Ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to meet operational demands.

Performance Monitoring:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success. Monitor performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.

Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, including finance, marketing, and human resources, to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.

Process Optimization:
Identify and implement best practices in operations management. Utilize data analysis and feedback to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

5+ years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of driving operational improvements.
