Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tours Division Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our tours division, ensuring that tours are conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of driver/ guides and to ensure a smooth operation of tours.

Monitor tour schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet customer demand and operational requirements.

Ensure that all tours are conducted in a timely manner and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Train and mentor tour guides and drivers to provide excellent customer service and enhance the guest experience.

Manage customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of tour vehicles, equipment, and facilities.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all aspects of the tours division.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to improve efficiency and productivity within the tours division.
Qualifications and Skills:

Tertiary qualification in hospitality management, tourism, is an added advantage.

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the tourism industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the tourism industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
