Organizational Development Manager
Job Description:
Savanna Synergy is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to drive organizational effectiveness and growth through strategic development initiatives. The Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for assessing organizational needs and implementing development programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement organizational development strategies and programs.

Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Design and deliver development programs focused on leadership, team-building, and performance.

Collaborate with senior management to align development initiatives with business goals.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of organizational development practices and methodologies.

Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.

Ability to work with various levels of management and employees.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Skills:

Proficiency in organizational development tools and techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development or a similar role.
