Job Description:
ZamImpact Solutions is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to engage with clients directly in the field. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and achieving sales goals through face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client prospects.
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to promote products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide market feedback and insights to the sales team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative or in a similar role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Education:

High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in outside sales.
