Responsibilities:

Preparing surfaces for painting by removing old paint or wallpaper, cleaning and sanding surfaces, and filling cracks and holes

Mixing and applying paint or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

Creating decorative finishes such as textures, stencils, or murals

Applying varnish, lacquer, or other sealers to protect finished surfaces
-
Cleaning up work areas and equipment after completing a job
Requirements:

Craft certificate in painting

At least 5 years of experience in the painting industry

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Good communication skills

Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends if required
