Job Description:
Prosper Zambia is seeking a Parts Manager to oversee the inventory and distribution of automotive parts. The Parts Manager will manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure efficient parts operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor inventory levels of automotive parts.

Order and receive parts from suppliers and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and sales.

Oversee the parts department staff and ensure efficient operations.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve parts-related issues.
Requirements:

Strong organizational and management skills.

Knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Automotive Management is a plus.
Skills:

Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively.
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in parts management or a similar role.
