The
PARTS RUNNER/PICKER
will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of Parts to the Technician Bays in the Workshop, also ensuring proper allocation and easy identification of parts in the warehouse ultimately timely delivery of parts to the sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

To deliver Workshop Invoiced Parts to the Technician Bay from Workshop Sales Consultant.

Maintain the Special-Order Handling (SOH) Rack to ensure all Parts are in their Correct Locations, follow up on Aged Parts
-
To ensure proper filling of invoices and pick slips records.

Carry out DAILY Perpetual stock counts randomly and submit Variance reports to the Assistant Warehouse Supervisor and the Parts Manager.

Daily recording of all picking documents as well as register update.

Check correct status and binning of all parts returned by both internal and External Customers.

Ensure Correct Receiving of all Physical Spare Parts- No Damaged Parts are allowed to be received in the warehouse.

Support the Assistant Warehouse Supervisor and driver in the correct dispatch of bulk deliveries to CPDN and Customers.

Adhere to CFAO Motors image standards, follow up TSM Standards, and follow through TMC warehouse policies and procedures

Accurate parts picking and timely delivery of picked parts to the Sales Staff.

Perform any other Duties that may be assigned by the Parts Manager and Assistant Warehouse Supervisor
Education & Experience
-
Grade 12 OLevel Certificate
-
Skills/Knowledge in Automotive is an added advantage

Good communication skills and Interpersonal Spirit
SALARY RANGE: K6,500 – K7,200 Gross Pay
