Will be attached to the Sales Department and related to the Aftermarket Manager, the function aims to support increased sales of consumables, tools, spare parts, and components and to support the inventory management function.
1. Commercial Stream
In perfect collaboration with the Project Manager or the PSSR associated with the entrusted scope:
• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Establish sales forecasts in collaboration with customers and communicate them to the purchasing department
• Provide reporting to customers (follow up on order status);
• Assume responsibility for the customers followed by the team for the spare parts activity
2. Administrative component
• Prepare and follow up on parts and service offers
• Execute contracts and orders for the sale of parts and services
• Give delivery instructions to the logistics cell
• Provide reporting (business analysis) required by customers
