Job Summary:
Zambezi Tours is looking for a creative Pastry Chef to design and prepare exquisite desserts and pastries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
Develop dessert menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
Ensure all pastries meet quality and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen.

Qualifications:

Culinary degree with a specialization in pastry or baking.
2+ years of experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
