Job Description:
North Star is seeking an experienced and meticulous Payroll Manager to oversee our payroll operations in Lusaka. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee payroll processing for all employees.

Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.

Maintain payroll records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax laws.

Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.

Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.

Provide support and training to payroll staff.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.

Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
