About the Human Rights Commission

The Human Rights Commission (“the Commission”) is a National Human Rights Institution established under Article 230 of the 1991 Constitution of Zambia. Its constitutional mandate is to uphold and protect the Bill of Rights. The Commission is seeking applications from suitably qualified external candidates for the position of Personal Secretary .

The Main Purpose of the Role

To provide secretarial and administrative services to the Director-General’s office to facilitate the smooth operations of the Commission.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will report to the Administration Officer and will be responsible for:
