Job Summary:
Pentagon Hospital is in search of a detail-oriented Pharmacist to manage medication dispensing and patient counseling. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and effective use of medications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications and counsel patients.
• Monitor patient medication therapy and outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers on medication management.
• Maintain accurate inventory and pharmacy records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Valid pharmacy license in Zambia.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
