Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Flight Preparation:
-
Plan flight routes by reviewing weather conditions, air traffic control instructions, and flight plans.
-
Conduct thorough aircraft inspections before take-off, checking systems, fuel levels, and overall aircraft safety.

Ensure that all required documentation, including flight logs and weight balance, are completed and in order.

Flight Operations:
-
Operate and navigate aircraft safely, adhering to all aviation regulations and procedures.
-
Communicate with air traffic control and ground staff to ensure smooth takeoff, flight, and landing.
-
Monitor and adjust instruments, engines, and fuel systems during the flight.
-
Respond to any in-flight emergencies, including changes in weather conditions or mechanical issues.

Post-Flight Duties:
-
Complete post-flight reports, documenting any mechanical issues or irregularities during the flight.
-
Perform after-flight checks on the aircraft to ensure all systems are in proper working order for the next flight.

Coordinate with maintenance crews if necessary to resolve any technical problems identified during the flight.

Safety and Compliance:
-
Prioritize passenger safety by ensuring strict adherence to all safety procedures and protocols.
-
Keep up-to-date with aviation regulations, training, and licensing requirements.

Perform risk assessments and make decisions to maintain the safety of the aircraft and all persons aboard.

Customer Service:
-
Ensure passengers’ comfort by making in-flight announcements, keeping them informed about the flight’s status.
-
Assist passengers in emergencies or in the case of unexpected circumstances.
Qualifications:
-
Commercial Pilot’s License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot’s License (ATPL) from a recognized aviation authority.

Minimum 5 years flying hours of experience.

Proficiency in flight instruments and navigation.

Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures.

Ability to communicate effectively with crew and passengers.
