Summary

Establish, maintain and improve the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling business flow process. Improve work force productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access.

What will be your responsibilities?

•    Scope the full extent of maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant repair preventive, predictive, design-out activities on the organization’s plant and equipment.
•    Plan all necessary parts, equipment, services and documentation to perform the maintenance work.
•    Provide a work pack with job planning sufficiently detailed to prevent work errors, with all equipment safety issues highlighted to the technician and the correct maintenance documents and parts are         available so that the maintenance work performed returns machine condition to as good-as-new.
•    Maintains essential records and files from which management reports are prepared and distributed.
•    Creates Service orders and monitors progress in SAP software
•    Enters purchase requisitions for all planned services.
•    Enters on job technician hours and regulates abnormalities
•    Responsible for the maintenance of the Bills of Material (Parts lists) for assets including ensuring current information is accurate.
•    Managing maintenance data collection and information gathering.

Who are we looking for?

​​​​​​ Experience & Education

  • Adv. Certificate or Diploma in Business or related field.
  • 3yrs previous work experience in similar capacity
  • Experience in Heavy equipment repair
  • Parts interpretation experience
  • Ability to use computer and applicable company software.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications – MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS project, SAP

  • Proven planning, administration, and organizational skills.
  • Understand relationship between management, maintenance, and operations.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • English Language with excellent Verbal and written communication skills
  • Rigor and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
