Policy Analyst
Job Description: Savanna Synergy is hiring a Policy Analyst to research, analyze, and develop policies that support the organization’s objectives. The Policy Analyst will be responsible for evaluating existing policies, conducting research, and providing recommendations for policy improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on policy issues and developments.
- Evaluate and recommend policy changes to support organizational goals.
- Prepare policy briefs, reports, and recommendations for senior management.
- Monitor and analyze policy trends and their impact on the organization.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on policy matters.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to interpret and develop policy recommendations.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in policy analysis and research tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Good organizational and presentation skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in policy analysis or a related role.
