Job Summary:
Emerald Sky is seeking an experienced and strategic Portfolio Manager to oversee our investment portfolio and ensure optimal performance. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing investment strategies, and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your analytical skills and market knowledge will be essential for driving growth and maximizing returns.
Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the performance of investment portfolios, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.

Investment Strategy Development:
Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company’s goals and risk appetite. Evaluate potential investment opportunities and conduct due diligence.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and providing tailored solutions. Communicate portfolio performance and market insights effectively.

Risk Management:
Identify and assess risks associated with investments. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments. Utilize research to inform investment decisions and strategies.

Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Participate in recruitment and training of new team members.

Recommend improvements to portfolio management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) are preferred.

5+ years of experience in portfolio management or investment analysis.
