Trackside Learning Studio is a rapidly growing micro-school seeking to transition into a small primary school.  Our vision is to raise a community of children who love learning, love God and love people.

We are seeking to employ a creative and dedicated teacher who loves children and is passionate about seeing our children walking in their God given gifts and purpose.  This person is not only strong in teaching the foundations of numeracy, literacy, ICT, science, history and geography, but also recognises the importance of competencies essential for a 21st century workforce; critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication.

This individual needs to be a strong team player, as they will be required to work alongside our school director and the assistant teachers.  This person should have work or study experience outside of Zambia as many of our children are from international families.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Primary Education or other related field.
• Certificate of registration and valid practicing license with the TCZ
• Three traceable referees with telephone numbers.
• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching children.
• Study or work experience outside of Zambia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in computers and social media.
• Friendly personality and loves working with children.
• Takes initiative and works independently.
• Flexible attitude and a desire to learn.
• A good team player.
• A passion for the vision of the Trackside Learning Studio.
