MUBE INDUSTRIES LTD is an upcoming and innovative manufacturing company with a bias in beverages. The company is based in Kalulushi, Copperbelt. It’s mission is to provide health, quality and economical beverages across the country and beyond. Its slogan being Quality-On-Budget.

In order to achieve its goal, the company seeks the services of the Process Artisan. The key roles for this position is to operate, maintain, repair, and optimize process machines/equipment in order to ensure zero production interruptions.

Job Qualifications and Experience

Principal Responsibilities

1. Process Control

n Operate equipment according to standards

n Regularly monitor machines/process performance

n Perform quality checks to ensure smooth operation of equipment

n Record damages and  promptly take corrective steps

n Anticipate problems and proactively take preventive measures

n Follow safety measures in all processes

n Continuously train and support process operators and to meet set target

2. Maintenance

n Carry deep cleaning and lubrication of equipment according to standards

n Carry out routine maintenance activities according to maintenance schedule

n Ensure key spare parts are readily available

3. Other Attributes and Competencies

n Ability to quickly diagnose and solve problems on all FMCG machines including production Generator

n Good Communicator using most modern platforms and must be a teamwork

n Sober and self-starter

Qualifications

1. Grade 12 Certificate

2. Member of EIZ

3. Craft certificate or Advanced Certificate (Technician) in Electrical/Electronics

4. Must have key knowledge and skill in basic mechanical

5. Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a busy manufacturing or process company that deals with FMCG preferably beverages
