The Key Purpose of this role of the Utilities Process Operator is to safely operate and maintain the Utilities plant to produce a consistent

product/service/utility of the right quality/quantity at optimum cost.

Key Roles and Requirements :

• Operate, monitor, and control utilities systems (boilers, compressors, cooling towers, water treatment plants, chillers, etc.).
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Record operational data and maintain accurate logs for regulatory and operational purposes.
• Perform first-line maintenance and basic troubleshooting on utilities equipment.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and breakdowns quickly and safely.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards and regulations.
• Conduct water and chemical testing to ensure proper treatment levels.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

• Min – Full Craft Certificate
• Ideal – FTC ( Mech/Elec) or Electromechanical

Experience:

• 1 Year in Manufacturing industry
• Qualified trade-tested artisan
