Job Summary:
Emerald Sky is looking for a dynamic and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, optimizing supplier relationships, and ensuring that the organization secures quality goods and services at competitive prices. Your leadership skills and negotiation expertise will be crucial to the success of our procurement team.
Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Strategy:
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Supplier Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations) to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the supply chain. Stay informed about industry developments and potential suppliers.

Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations. Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement activities.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training.

Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, savings achieved, and supplier performance for management review.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

5+ years of experience in procurement management, preferably in a corporate environment.
