Delivers a procurement service ensures compliance to procurement governance structures and business processes

To develop and lead procurement sourcing across FNB through strategic sourcing framework and practices to ensure that the
procurement value is maximised.

• To monitor, manage and review supplier contracts to identify opportunities for cost saving and renegotiate better pricing of goods and services towards profitability
• Engage business Units in the delivery of procurement services to achieve efficiency and acceptable BPR rating
• Engage stakeholders to provide up to date information, obtain and provide feedback and follow up queries to ensure timely resolution of matters

• Liaises with departments to assist with the logistics for auctioneering services
• Organises departmental meetings and service level agreement meetings for key outsourced arrangements
• Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support
  thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions
• Develop tactical strategy and delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership
• Provide strategic input to economic and business situations as they effect suppliers, supplier processes and the company’s ability to procure in a timely and cost effective manner
• Must be a registered member of ZIPS
