Job Summary:
Emerald Sky is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Officer to assist in our procurement operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services, ensuring that the organization’s needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Purchasing:
Assist in identifying and selecting suppliers for goods and services. Obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and place purchase orders as required.

Vendor Management:
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring that they meet quality and delivery standards. Address any issues or concerns that arise during the procurement process.

Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock to ensure sufficient supply while minimizing excess inventory.

Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier communications. Prepare reports for management as needed.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Assist in audits and reviews of procurement activities.

Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to understand their procurement needs and provide support in sourcing the necessary goods and services.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
