Job Summary:
Emerald Sky is looking for a creative and innovative Product Designer to join our product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products that meet customer needs and align with our brand vision. Your artistic skills and technical knowledge will be vital in bringing concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product concepts that align with market trends and customer preferences. Conduct brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate ideas.
• Design Execution: Create detailed design specifications, including sketches, prototypes, and 3D models. Utilize design software (e.g., CAD, Adobe Creative Suite) to bring concepts to life.
• User Testing: Conduct user testing and gather feedback on prototypes to identify areas for improvement. Refine designs based on user insights and technical feasibility.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences. Utilize research to inform design decisions and ensure market relevance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and production teams to ensure that designs are feasible and aligned with production capabilities.
• Documentation: Prepare documentation for design specifications, materials, and processes. Maintain accurate records of design iterations and approvals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product design or development, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
