THE ROLE AND THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for a Product Head – Personal Lending to lead our Personal Lending Team. The Product Head of Personal Lending is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the sales strategy and revenue generation for EFC’s Salary-Backed Loan (SBL) products. The role requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong understanding of personal lending, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of lending practices, risk management and market trends. The primary focus is on developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction within the Salary-Backed Loan market segment.
