Inwit, Zambia’s first global video streaming app-is on the hunt for a Production Manager to help us bring world-class content to audiences everywhere.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee Video Production: Manage live streaming, pre-recorded content, and multi-project workflows.
Lead with Expertise: Bring technical, creative, and organizational skills to elevate production quality.
Collaborate: Work closely with content creators, vendors, and teams to produce captivating video content.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 5+ years in video production (2+ years in live streaming). Technical Skills: Knowledge of codecs, streaming protocols, CDNs,
live platforms (e.g., OBS, vMix).
Project Management: Proven ability to handle budgets, deadlines,
and multiple priorities.
Content Savvy: Passion for video, content evaluation, and copyright awareness.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE
Leadership and team motivation.
Creative vision and industry knowledge.
Data-driven decision-making for streaming performance.
