Job Description

Copperbelt Innov is looking for a detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing production schedules, ensuring that our manufacturing processes are efficient and meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules.
• Coordinate production workflow for multiple products.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in production planning software.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
