Job Vacancy: Production Planner

Position Overview:

Lumina Ventures is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team in Lusaka. The Production Planner will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating production activities to ensure timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure schedules are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
• Analyze production data and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding production timelines.
• Prepare production reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
