Position Overview:
Lumina Ventures is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team in Lusaka. The Production Planner will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating production activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain production schedules.

Coordinate with production teams to ensure schedules are met.

Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.

Analyze production data and adjust schedules accordingly.

Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding production timelines.

Prepare production reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Management, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in production planning software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
