Sesame is looking for a skilled Production Planner to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities. The Production Planner will ensure that materials, labor, and production processes are optimized to meet customer demand and production goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage production schedules.

Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available for production.

Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.

Communicate production schedules and progress to all relevant departments.

Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Knowledge of production scheduling and inventory management.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Education:

A minimum of Grade 12 (Secondary School Certificate).

A degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Production Management, or related field is preferred.
Skills:

Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing.
