Job Summary:
Lusaka General is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities and staff.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Train and mentor production team members.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in production management software.
