Zambia Jobs is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations on the production floor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff.
• Ensure production targets are met and products are manufactured according to quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Train and mentor production staff.
• Report production performance and issues to senior management.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Production Management, or related field.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and safety standards.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing or production.
