Job Description:
Mapalo Holdings is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to manage and oversee our various community programs. The Program Coordinator will ensure that programs are implemented effectively, align with our organizational goals, and achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee community programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure program success.
• Monitor program progress and evaluate outcomes.
• Prepare and manage program budgets and reports.
• Organize and facilitate program-related meetings and events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in program coordination or management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in program coordination or a related role.
