Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage program teams to achieve program goals.

Develop program strategies, plans, and schedules.

Monitor program performance and make necessary adjustments.

Communicate program status to stakeholders and executives.

Ensure program compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Program Manager, ideally in logistics.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in program management tools and MS Office.

Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
