Program Manager

Job Description: Savanna Synergy is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects within our organization. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of programs, managing resources, and aligning project outcomes with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage program plans and schedules.
• Oversee program activities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Prepare and present program reports, budgets, and progress updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in program management and project coordination.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a similar role.
