Main purpose of the job

PROGRAMMES OFFICER

To efficiently and effectively implement the Trust’s programmes including a viable Loan Scheme and a sound Revolving Fund

Key Responsibilities

Implement the Trust’s programmes Efficiently and effectively Appraisal of the Loan Application to ascertain viability
Facilitate the approval process within the Trust
Monitor the utilization of resources by borrowers
Develop and implement an efficient but sensitive debt collection mechanism
Coordinate the activities of the Trust
To do any other duties as may be assigned by the Trust

Qualification and Experience

Relevant University Degree (e.g. entrepreneurship, social sciences. disability e.t.c.)
Three (3) years’ experience minimum Computer literate

Needed qualities and attributes

Ability to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of microfinance
